Warrantor

This limited warranty is provided by Forged To Fit, LLC, 345 W. Washington Ave., Suite 301, Madison, WI 53703 (“ForgedToFit”). Contact us through our contact page.

Who is covered

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What’s covered

  • Structural — 5 years from ship date, per wheel. Covers manufacturing defects including cracks, porosity, and out-of-round beyond stated tolerance.
  • Finish — 1 year from ship date. Covers peeling or bubbling of paint or clear coat not caused by impact or chemical damage.

Coverage applies to each wheel from its own ship date, regardless of when the order was placed.

What we will do

A wheel accepted under this warranty is replaced with a newly manufactured wheel at no charge, including freight and import duties to the U.S. Replacement — not repair, and not a credit against future orders. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

How to make a claim

Send photos and a written description of the defect, along with your order details, through our contact page. Photos are sufficient — you never ship the wheel back. Claims are acknowledged within 5 business days, and accepted replacements enter production within 15 days.

Conditions

Coverage is conditioned on the wheels being installed and used as described in our Installation & Use guidelines — in short: professional installation, correct torque with a re-torque after 50–100 miles, hub-centric rings where applicable, and street use only. Track, competition, or racing use voids this warranty.

What’s not covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from road impacts (potholes, curbs), chemical damage, improper installation, modification, commercial or off-road use, or track, competition, or racing use.

Implied warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
